New Uk / London based Euro server added

We have currently added a new Euro server based out of the UK / London area. The ip is 212.187.208.125. If the server does not grow, and does not benefit the cav, then it will be shut down in a month. If it appears that it will allow the cav to grow with euro members then we will enlarge it in a month as well. So all UK / Euro members lets see what you got!

To all non cav members, and to cav member alike the rules will remain the same as the US based public server. So enjoy and lets see what happens!
